About the New York Area
New York City has long been considered the cultural center of the world and Greenwich Village has long been considered the cultural center of New York. The city is home to Broadway, Times Square and at least 7 professional sports franchises. The food in New York is world class; even the hot dogs sold by street vendors are good. French, Italian, Mexican, Cuban – whatever mood you’re in, New York City has it in spades.

The entertainment options are practically unlimited. Broadway and the Yankees, the Museum of Natural History and Times Square, everything in New York is top of the line. It has been called the city that never sleeps, and for good reason, the nightlife in the city has to be seen to be understood or believed.

The Statue of Liberty in the harbor is one of the most visited attractions in the world and no trip to countries biggest city would be complete without taking a NYC taxi uptown or riding the subway to Coney Island.

Trying to describe the energy of the city is similar to trying to describe how many stars are in the galaxy to a third grader. It can be done, but one picture is worth more than a thousand words.
