Being one of the six airports owned by the Connecticut Airport Authority, the facility is well incorporated with the communities, the transportations and the National Airport System Plan. The Groton New London Airport has no commercial airline service at the moment. Indeed, it has charter services thru Action Airlines and private air charter through the Northeast.
