About The National Conference Center The National Conference Center provides full service for meetings. The building has alot of space, including five color-coded wings for meeting rooms. These wings contain meeting rooms of various sizes, enough to accommodate any group and indeed, several groups simultaneously. These rooms have wireless Internet access and audio visual equipment to make presentations easy. The conference center also has special event spaces, including the National Ballroom, which is the largest ballroom in Virginia with a capacity of 1800 guests. The facility is designed for special events with indoor photography and reception facilities including the ballroom and other indoor areas as well as outdoor photography, ceremony and reception facilities on the 110 acre grounds of the National Conference Center. The conference center also has rooms on site to make special occasions and meeting attendance easy. There is a kitchen on site that can provide meals from simple lunches during meetings to gourmet meals for weddings and for other special events. In addition to the dining room and the catering options, there is a sports bar to make relaxing after meetings easy. A personal event coordinator works with each group to ensure their needs are met.
