About the Lansing Center The Lansing Center is located in downtown Lansing and has a convenient skyway attaching it to hotels and shopping. With its own catering service, the Lansing Center is able to fulfill all needs for meetings and banquets or receptions held in the Lansing Center. Loading docks are accessible and make for easy loading and unloading for exhibits and meetings. The facility is able to hold up to 2,500 people in the general areas. The Ballroom is easily divided into eight separate rooms for convenience. There is 72,000 square feet of meeting space; the center can hold 360 exhibit booths of average size. There are breakout meeting rooms available. Amenities include wireless Internet, AV equipment, most technology needs and a host of items such as linens, tables, chairs, and screens for AV needs. The Lansing Center takes pride in having professional staff to assist with all your needs in meetings, food service, Security and equipment rental. There are Audio packages available as well as Staging Equipment, fork lifts and forklift drivers. Two different sized dance floors are also available for rental. Communication devices such as headsets and client radios are also available. There are many size options available for exhibition halls and ballrooms. The catering menu is complete for all meals, and there is also concession stands located in the facility.
