The Fort Wayne provides shuttles and taxi service to Wabash as well as rental car services. There are no taxi services local to Wabash, however, there is a local bus service provided by the Wabash County Transit System, which runs from 6 am to 8 pm daily. About the Honeywell Center The Center provides wonderful recreational opportunities for people of all ages, as well as offering functional and attractive meeting spaces for all different types of events. In 1994, the Center acquired 75,000 sq. ft. of additional space, including Eugenia’s Restaurant, the Carpenter Plaza, Clark Art Gallery, the Olivette Room and more meeting rooms and banquet areas. This unique and historic convention center can accommodate groups of nearly any size, for a party of 5 up to 5,000. There are 15 different spaces (including a skating rink) for all kinds of events, suitable for everything from elegant banquets to sports competitions. The dedicated staff of the convention center maintain its rich history of serving the community in all areas of personal, cultural, recreational and business activities and will provide any services necessary to create a memorable and successful event. The entire building is equipped with many electrical outlets and high-speed wireless Internet. Audio-visual equipment rental, such as microphones, screens, projectors, televisions and lighting are available on-site for reasonable rates. The center has a wonderful restaurant, and also provides deluxe catering services curated by talented chefs and food service staff, which offers a lovely standard menu as well as custom menu services. The Honeywell Center also offers linen services, which can be color-coordinated to suit the décor of your event. Weddings, skating parties, corporate conferences, business luncheons and elegant banquets are all just a few of the events frequently hosted at the Honeywell. Things to do in Wabash Wabash, Indiana is a lively and fun town with many options for entertainment. Shoppers will appreciate the Crow’s Nest Antique Mall, a treasure trove of interesting items not found anywhere else. For some fresh air, check out the Paradise Spring Historical Park & Riverwalk, where you can take a relaxing walk and learn a bit about the city too. Historical markers are placed along the riverside with interesting facts about the history of the treaty ground, the railroad, and the river itself.
