There is a great bike trail that you can use to get to Oil City or Emlenton. You can walk around the downtown area and view a lot of the tourist sites. The VenanGoBus is the public transportation that is offered in Franklin. Things to do in Franklin DeBence Antique World Music museum contains more than 100 antique musical instruments. The collection was started by dairy farmers Jake and Elizabeth DeBence who began it in the 1940’s. Visit the Franklin Antique Mall and Wild West Museum for free. They keep a great selection that changes almost every day. Sibley Mansion (Sibley Castle or River Ridge) is the former home of the founder of Galena Signal Oil Company Joseph Sibley. Sibley was a good friend to Rockerfeller and he was taveling with President McKinley when he was assassinated. You must make a reservation for a tour or visit to the castle. See the Space Capsule from the Apollo CM, its privately owned.
