About the East Kentucky Expo Center The Eastern Kentucky Exposition Center is quite large in area; the facility itself is 26,000 square feet. The arena floor covers 24,000 square feet and seats 7,000. There is a meeting room and ballroom space that can be separated with a divisible wall. Of the three levels, there are a total of five concession stands available, and full service food and beverage availability. The Expo center also offers smaller rooms for board meetings or smaller meetings. Known as user-friendly, there are no bad seats for concerts or sporting events. Parking is free and located in close proximity of the center. The staff is friendly, courteous and extremely professional. There are many hotels, motels and Bed and Breakfast options nearby the Expo Center. One may attend an event at the Eastern Kentucky Exposition Center and stay in the area for a great vacation. There are many activities and adventures that can be had in the area. Things to do in Pikeville There are plenty of five-star, world class restaurants and eateries to be found in Pikeville and the surrounding area. Most restaurants offer a sit down style of eating, however many are the type that will allow customers to grab a quick bite or fast meal and allow them to continue with sightseeing or vacation plans.
