Thrifty, Budget and Enterprise are a few of the main car rental agencies offering private vehicles for those who choose to drive themselves to and from the complex. About the DCU Center The Center is an indoor arena with an event complex. It is host to concerts, sporting events, family theatrical events and also trade shows and meetings. The complex has a total of 14,800 seats in the Arena. There is over 58,000 square feet for exhibition space. There are two lounges, 11 meeting rooms, team locker rooms, and also private dressing rooms. The complex is handicap accessible and features a full array of AV equipment rentals, technology needs, all utility services, lighting and loading bays with overhead doors. The complex features many concessions available for attendees. The in-house catering service is Savor, managed by SMG. They are professional and have the ability to cater any type of event, from meetings to receptions and buffets. The concession stands offer everything from hot dogs, pizza and coffee to ice cream treats. There is something to please the palate of even the most scrupulous individual. There are plenty of available parking garages and parking lots available for all the visitors and attendees of any event held at the Complex. There is also a wide array of vendors available to help with all decorating needs, designer cakes, floral arrangements and even DJ service for entertainment purposes. Things to do in Worcester When the meetings and conferences are done for the day, many visitors are delighted to find so many attractions and fun things to do in the area. The Eco Museum, Historical Buildings and landmarks, many types of theater productions, along with Art Museums and shopping for even the most discriminating tastes is all available in the local region.
