There are many options for visitors who would like to rent a car for daily trips or to travel from the Cross insurance Center and to the Hotels. The city of Bangor does have a fixed route public bus system available. The route map can be found by contacting guest services or the Visitor’s center. This multi-purpose arena is situated in downtown Bangor, Maine. The arena has a capacity of 8,500 people and with the additional attached convention center, it will hold an additional 2,000. The Cross Insurance Center is owned by Global Spectrum, a subsidiary of Comcast. About the Cross Insurance Center Ovations Food Service is the house caterer. They provide service, hospitality and one of kind menus for any event. The services offered include marketing strategies and highlights professionalism. Cross Insurance Center offers the use of all AV and telecommunications equipment, décor, stage equipment and flooring needs. All utilities are in the center and available for use. Podiums, risers, lighting and many other event needs are in the inventory and available for all your needs. Free parking is available, there are loading docks for easy loading and unloading, the inventory available for rental includes tables, chairs and linens, all types of AV items, specialty needs for the hearing impaired, and high speed Internet.
