About Century II Convention Hall Situated on the banks of the Arkansas River, the center is surrounded by two beautiful parks and the buzzing downtown atmosphere. This massive entertainment complex features the Bob Brown Expo Hall, Convention Hall, Concert Hall, Exhibition Center, the Mary Jane Teall Theater and a number of spacious meeting rooms. The Expo hall provides over 90,000 sq. ft. of floor space, connected to the 8,000 sq. ft. lobby. The hall is large enough to fit over 400 booths and up to 3,000 people in banquet-style seating. The spacious expo hall features an enormous full-service kitchen, staffed by talented chefs, caterers and food service managers. The hall is also equipped with a 60’ retractable wall, which allows access between the hall and the Carl Bell Convention Hall as well as the main Exhibition Hall, creating up to 198,800 sq. ft. of continuous, open exhibition space. The Carl A. Bell, Jr. Convention Hall offers seating for up to 5,022 people in general admission style seating for theater performances. This hall includes a beautiful permanent stage, and is equipped with an infrared listening system. The newly renovated concert hall provides an elegant setting for all kinds of performances, including symphonies and stage productions. Banquets and receptions are often hosted in the large Exhibition Hall, which hosts up to 2,000 people in banquet-style seating. Seminars, business conferences and corporate meetings are often held at the Mary Jane Teall Theater, in addition to 22 deluxe meeting rooms, which can be equipped with customized seating arrangements. No event is too big or too small for this wonderful and versatile convention center.
