Buena Vista Airport Shuttle Service
Buena Vista is very centrally located and just north of the Design District, which is currently growing by leaps and bounds. Some of that growth is spilling over into Buena Vista. Public transportation is available, though having a car is very easy in that neighborhood and many of Miami's most popular destinations can be reached in less than 15 minutes.
Buena Vista |
Buena Vista is a historic residential district in Miami, Florida. Originally an independent settlement, the area retains its small town feel despite now being well within the city proper. | |
About Buena Vista An eclectic mix of Mediterranean, Craftsman, and Art Deco homes makes this neighborhood a fascinating visit for those with interests in architecture. Buena Vista is full of vintage shops that carry one of a kind articles, shop here by booking a transfer service from MIA airport when you visit Miami. The neighborhood itself is also one of a kind, boating colorful murals and statues that add to the district’s character with each passing year. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere adds to the peaceful charm that sets Buena Vista apart from the rest of Miami. The entire area is canopied with tropical foliage that is especially lush in the summer time, providing a barrier from the sun with some much needed shade. The covering also aids to the tranquility of the neighborhood. It really does feel like its own little world, tucked away from the rest of the city. When it comes to dining, Buena Vista definitely aims for perfection. Quiet little bistros and cafes serve delicious food in classic and casual settings. The baked goods are especially tasty and are always fresh from the oven. Reservations are recommended for many of the area’s most popular spots, such as the Mandolin Aegean Bistro and the Buena Vista Bistro. All of this makes Buena Vista a very desirable place to live. Real estate can be hard to come by, however, and when property does go up for sale, it usually does not stay available long. Rentals are easier to find. As a primarily residential district, Buena Vista does not see a lot of tourists. There are not a lot of popular landmarks to draw in outsiders. The quiet neighborhood does make for a very nice break from the rush of the other neighborhoods in the city, however, and the architecture is fascinating. If you want to spend a quiet day admiring the city, Buena Vista is an excellent place to start. |
