Bogotá Restaurants
Latin cuisine is marked by its spicy use of chilies, but in Bogota you enjoy the variety of spices can cooking techniques that will vary slightly from your local Mexican restaurant. Arepas is a corn pancake no quite like a tortilla that is slightly salty and sometimes include cheese in the mix.

Empanadas are also a popular dish made sort of like a calzone its meats and vegetables with either rice or potatoes folded into a pastry.
