Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport has many providers who offer shuttle service whether you are a tourist or simply in town for business. There are a dozen recommended taxi companies, including AAA and Yellow Cab. Trolley Express offers shuttling services, but reservations must be made in advance. There are four limo services available within a few miles of the airport including Royal Limo which is highly recommended by the airport. Rick Husband Amarillo International offers thousands of parking spots. There are over 600 parking spaces in the garage which is closest to the terminal. The call waiting lot is free for passengers who have prearranged travel pick-ups. The preferred lot allows the first thirty minutes free. The garage and outdoor parking lot offers excellent economical rates for long term parking. The airport house one main rental agency which works with four rental car companies. They are Avis, Hertz, National and Enterprise. Please call ahead if you prefer one company over another. The rental car parking lot is located next to Preferred parking. Amarillo Hotel Shuttles About Amarillo Airport The airport offers its travelers and passengers Wi-Fi Internet throughout the terminal. Airport police handle lost and found claims. There are only two restaurants inside the terminal, Tailwind Concessions and Jetstream Burger Bar (full service bar inside). There are several coffee stands. Tailwinds also offers two gift shops (one before and one after the ticket gate; they are not duty free). Airport service works are available to assist travelers with luggage carts, wheel chair assistance and directions. There is a small pet comfort station located outside the terminal.
